      Pros

      Good pay Good benefits Great teams Great managers High level of trust Managers treated fairly and with respect Good communication Amazing products Lovely customers (most of the time!) Pleasant environment and atmosphere Help always at hand if and when needed (The only reason I left was to peruse a completely different career path self employed, otherwise I would have been very happy to stay there indefinitely!)

      Cons

      The only con I can think of was late opening hours in the specific store I worked at. But sometimes that was a pro too if you needed to start later in the day.
