      Pros

      I have been working at L Marks for the past couple of years and it has been great for my career so far. It gave me so many opportunities to network with big corporates globally and I got to meet the most disruptive startups and work with them. Everyone at the office treats you like family and they often organise social events after work which are really fun. L Marks gave me all the tools to grow professionally and I'm happy to say I can call my manager a mentor. It also provides employees with training and external courses to develop your knowledge and skills. Travel opportunity is great as there are offices in the US too.

      Cons

      It's a small company so you might do things outside your job description!

      Pros

      I left L Marks to start my own business. My time there was awesome. The team was literally just like a productive friend group, in the best way possible. If I could go back before I was hired, I'd still tell myself to take this job. If you're considering a job at L Marks, I'd suggest that you try to meet with as many members of the team that you can. They're awesome.

      Cons

      I worked ~99% online, from my hometown (not in London). That was ideal for me, but I can see how that might not be ideal for many people.

      Pros

      L Marks has one of the best work cultures I have ever been a part of. The staff for the most part is great. They work in a flat structure which is nice because you feel like you have a say. There are many travel opportunities.

      Cons

      L Marks could do better at not bending to their clients all the time, this sometimes can be frustrating.
