Pros

60% Off Clothing allowance--- Full Time --- $750--- Part Time $450 --- Men $250 Payout for a suit Easy job

Cons

You will never go anywhere in this company! The pay for most positions is on the low end. Benefits are not fantastic-- 401K (does not match), Health and Dental were low-end plans They are constantly trying to hire people, since they cannot keep employees long term, and because of this they hire people that cannot do the job--- they also like to make one person responsible for the work of an entire department. The website is a mess, the emails that are sent are almost always misleading or incorrect based on what was told to the store staff. They do not have their own social media accounts based on the U.S., and the product is not always the same, which causes confusion. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to loss prevention! RTW- Cheap (China, Nigeria, etc) SHOES- UNCOMFORTABLE--- (GET FLATS FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!)
