I really have to think here... I work a little harder than I would like some days.

Everyone works together here. The company is very fair, and even has a matching program for your IRA retirement plan if you decide to join it. Management is very accessible; you are never left hanging when any issues come up. There’s always someone there to help. If you work hard and are willing to continue learning, there are plenty of opportunities for growth.

Be prepared to do your job. I know that sounds obvious, but some people just try to come in and sit around. You will be expected to constantly learn and improve yourself.
