      Pros

      Everyone works together here. The company is very fair, and even has a matching program for your IRA retirement plan if you decide to join it. Management is very accessible; you are never left hanging when any issues come up. There’s always someone there to help. If you work hard and are willing to continue learning, there are plenty of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Be prepared to do your job. I know that sounds obvious, but some people just try to come in and sit around. You will be expected to constantly learn and improve yourself.

      Pros

      Awesome, down to earth people all-around... from the President of the company to the co-workers you see every day, they really do have a great crew. Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow too! Flexible to meet almost any of your scheduling needs as well.

      Cons

      Genuinely can't think of any. These people truly care about you from the top down! As the company grows, they'll only become more of a privilege to work for.
