      Pros

      great pay, great bonus structure, good on your resume, but it will be pure combat.

      Cons

      horrible culture all around. they say one thing and do another. they expect you to work 60-80hrs a week. You get pressure from one sr. leader, then told do another by some other sr. leader. don't ask for clarification or go to HR- they will mob you, pressure you and not support you. I have seen MANY talented people leave due to the pressure, stress. My advice - do not be a hero- do not go expecting to make a big difference, just tow the line, get by, do nothing extraordinary. You'll be fine.

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
