Pros

Good flexibility on schedule, & being able to request time off or pick up hours, post shifts on the board for others to cover you hours, flex in if you're running late so it doesn't count against your adherence. Good health insurance.

Cons

It's stressful. Draining on your mental health. You're always fearful of losing your job, they expect a lot from you. Even when you do a good job it's still not good enough. The pay could and should be better.

Pros

If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

Cons

Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
