      Teaches you how to talk to customers, process inventory and making sales to customers

      Cons

      Not a great first job to start out with because you are trained to sell customers bras and other things in the store and on top of getting customers to sign up for a credit card.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
