      Pros

      Limited Brands is a very stable company to work for with competent and intelligent management. They understand work-life balance very well and although we work hard, we aren't expected to stay all night.

      Cons

      In store design, we are limited (no pun intended) to what our CEO wants to do and don't bother getting too creative.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
