      Lots of opportunities in the department to learn, weekly/biweekly touchbases to speak to superiors about workload/priorities, great benefits

      Cons

      Too much workload for not enough staff at times, they encourage you to be curious about other department positions but it’s slow moving/you really don’t have control on when you get to make the department move.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
