      Competitive salaries, excellent health benefits, for a warehouse operation its fairly clean, temperature controlled and very hi-tech. They are very competitive in the marketplace and always growing and changing to meet business and customer needs. This affords a great opportunity for next level experience and development.

      Cons

      Upward mobility is tough, not impossible but they do not have a lot of turn over in management.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
