      Pros

      One of the top companies to work for. The company encourages you to be interested in other functions of the company and has programs in place for you to job shadow. Very good benefits. Good discount (as home office employee).

      Cons

      Compensation is lower than I would have preferred, but competitive none the less. I can't really think of anything else, the company's that good.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
