Pros
Excellent agents, great communication, wonderful reputation, understanding of my commitments outside of work, easy to take time off, works with top of the line clients, they often pay sooner then the 90day minimum, the accountants are friendly and respond quickly to any inquiry.
Cons
Modeling in general is an unpredictable field. Anything negative as far as inconsistent pay has to do with the economy and the clients, not the agency itself.
