- Huge opportunity to learn and grow - I've learned more here and been given opportunities to lead projects that I would not have had working at a brand. - Get to work on really cool projects that don't come across your desk every day - Lots of variety, so it never gets stale - Great, smart team on the marketing side

- It is super fast-paced so if someone is unable to manage multiple projects and priorities then they will not like it here - there can be long hours from time to time but it ebbs and flows and they make up for it with extra days off
