      A career trap, they'll give you a blue collar job masked as a "white collar", give you below industry average pay and then keep you in that sector for the rest of your career

      No obvious pros to be honest.

      Cons

      I "negotiated" WFH 2 days a week. Didnt get it in writing so now Im in the office 5 days a week. No pay increases. In fact, they tried to dock my pay when Michigan made it law I had to be given a few vacation days. I had to threaten to quit to keep my current hourly rate.
