Dear Reviewer , The theme of your message is frustration which possibly is from seeing so many positive feedback from your colleagues. We feel sorry for you but we have no control over how others perceive our company. Just like how you have displayed your dislike, we have trustworthy and sincere employees who appreciate us. We suggest you not to be so intolerant towards “those glowing remarks”. Like you, there are others, and have a right to their own opinions. Regarding the policies –we discuss all policies related to an employees’ entire life cycle during their employment with us in our induction program itself. There is no such “hidden” policies. It is possible that some employees don’t pay heed when policies are explained. We or any company cannot help such cases. As far as the advice to our management goes – Our offshore centre is doing very well and our stats speak volumes so some random comment is not worth any attention. It only displays a negative mentality of the reviewer who seems unable to see positive side of anything. We are glad we are no longer associated with some individual with such thought process and bent of mind. We wish luck to this enlightened reviewer and appreciate the tone and language.
