Pros

The best way I can describe my three years at Stream is saying that the position and the company met and exceeded my expectations. I went in thinking this is going to be a kind of cold experience you'd expect in any corporation, so I went in with an attitude to just do my job, keep quiet, and get my paycheck. It was my first time working for a company this size so I didn't know what else to expect. What went beyond my expectations comes down to how I felt every day at my job. After a few months I realized what a great workplace Stream provides. I felt heard, confident, and respected, even though I was an assistant on one marketing campaign. If you get the chance to interview for a job at Stream, I'd definitely recommend grabbing it.

Cons

I don't really think any part of my work experience would constitute as a "con" to the job itself, and the company, my coworkers etc. There were a few hassles until I got used to the way things run there but that's about it (definitely not a con).

Pros

Very casual, relaxed, non-corporate, family oriented, friendly environment. Fun, frequent company events, luncheons, charity events, and employee recognition/integration activities on a regular basis. Pay is fair, good benefits, quarterly bonus based on employee's and company's performance.employee discounted rate in electricity and wireless plans. There are chances to grow and be promoted within the company; we get merit increases at the beginning of the year I'm in love with our current location, and this year we will be moving into a brand new building for which management has taken our needs, input and suggestions into consideration. All employees have access to online courses for professional development and HR does a pretty good job keeping everyone trained updated on company's policies; wellness challenges and professional development courses are provided regularly. Due to the size of the company and interdepartmental relationships, it is easy to gain visibility and exposure.

Cons

Fast paced, at times there are too many changes (mainly IT and systems related) happening at once with very short prep and delivery timeframes.
