Pros

What I feared in any job was staying in one place for years without any improvement. Stream Energy is the opposite, this company and the working environment is proactive and there is real opportunity for advancement for anyone who's looking to work hard. That's I guess the main "pro" about the time I worked for Stream. Additionally: - in my opinion, the pay is good, and the benefits are better - management is easy to talk to/work with - there are no hassles here, you do your job and you get paid, and if you're looking to do more than that, you have the option - other coworkers actually care about their jobs, and the company, instead of just wanting to grind the day out and go home

Cons

I wasn't too happy in the beginning, as I thought I will see no improvement and that the company won't treat me with respect. I read online before taking the job that stuff like this happens at this company. However, all of this turned out to be the exact opposite for me. I was met with respect and my work was appreciated, not just with a decent paycheck, but with words and treatment as well. - wish there were more opportunity for flexible hours and remote work, because this is the reason I had to leave the company due to relocating .

Pros

The best way I can describe my three years at Stream is saying that the position and the company met and exceeded my expectations. I went in thinking this is going to be a kind of cold experience you'd expect in any corporation, so I went in with an attitude to just do my job, keep quiet, and get my paycheck. It was my first time working for a company this size so I didn't know what else to expect. What went beyond my expectations comes down to how I felt every day at my job. After a few months I realized what a great workplace Stream provides. I felt heard, confident, and respected, even though I was an assistant on one marketing campaign. If you get the chance to interview for a job at Stream, I'd definitely recommend grabbing it.

Cons

I don't really think any part of my work experience would constitute as a "con" to the job itself, and the company, my coworkers etc. There were a few hassles until I got used to the way things run there but that's about it (definitely not a con).
