Pros

Amazing people and culture. Leadership truly cares about your growth and tries its best to foster innovative, autonomous, and creative solution seekers. Never a dull moment as it is an ever changing, fast-paced environment. IA's are like family to the corporate team and there was plenty of facetime to discuss roadblocks and assist with their hurdles. Our events were like non-other and our internal mindset was always customer/IA centric. Every office has its bad apples but Stream as a majority is a GREAT place to work. Flexible schedule with the occasional option to work remotely(depending on position). Average pay but great benefits. If you're looking to get into a long-term(happy) career, this is your destination.

Cons

Frequent and last minute changes in direction for high priority projects.(Stay up to speed and you're alright)

Pros

The best way I can describe my three years at Stream is saying that the position and the company met and exceeded my expectations. I went in thinking this is going to be a kind of cold experience you'd expect in any corporation, so I went in with an attitude to just do my job, keep quiet, and get my paycheck. It was my first time working for a company this size so I didn't know what else to expect. What went beyond my expectations comes down to how I felt every day at my job. After a few months I realized what a great workplace Stream provides. I felt heard, confident, and respected, even though I was an assistant on one marketing campaign. If you get the chance to interview for a job at Stream, I'd definitely recommend grabbing it.

Cons

I don't really think any part of my work experience would constitute as a "con" to the job itself, and the company, my coworkers etc. There were a few hassles until I got used to the way things run there but that's about it (definitely not a con).
