This place is a revolving door. The company has been around for 15 years and is still small. Why? They hire people constantly, based on what projects they are currently working on, not many projects last more than a year. You will be let go if they can’t find another project to put you on. You are better off being your own consultant. Over the past few years, culture has become toxic. The requirement to travel is much more then they claim in the original job description. They use new graduates for cheap labor, promising all these opportunities, but all you’ll end up doing is busy work (tiny parts) of random projects. Micromanaging CEO adds to the toxic culture on so many levels. Taking any time off counts against you. Also, notice how a new 5 start review pops up right after a negative one is posted.
