Pros
The customers/clients were mostly very pleasant to deal with. The starting pay was also very reasonable.
Cons
• No training provided. At any given moment. • Will not communicate an issue until it's too late. • No expectations set prior to commencement. You will be yelled at randomly for not doing something up to their standard (that was never communicated to you prior). • Was treated extremely poorly by most staff members; very childish, unprofessional and manipulative behaviour all 'round. • Was talked about secretly consistently. • Management exaggerates situations to the point where what they're saying isn't accurate at all, in order to manipulate the situation to get their way. • Hypocritical management that will consistently do things wrong, without repercussion. Your mistakes (that are 100% valid due to aforementioned lack of training above) will be taken very seriously, however.
