Good industry learning experience. Good networking opportunity outside the company.

Leadership lacks vision and common business skills. No room for disagreement or discussion with the king and his BFF. Some of their employment practices are legally questionable. (hiring practices, spying on private conversations, demanding answers to inappropriate questions in the workplace, etc.)
