It genuinely feels like the company cares about employee experience and team bonding. Another strong point is the creative freedom and trust given to individuals. You’re encouraged to experiment, share ideas, and take ownership of your work.

Like any fast-paced company, there can be times when priorities shift quickly, which may require adapting on short notice. However, this is manageable with proper communication and planning.
