Pros
I worked briefly as a Data Scientist at Kvantum and enjoyed working on all the projects that I was assigned. They helped push me beyond the boundaries of my knowledge and exposed me to a lot of new techniques and ideas. The management (CEO & CTO) are extremely bright and driven people, not to mention very accommodative of employees in terms of providing flexible work hours, the option of working from home. Nice and friendly co-workers also make Kvantum a wonderful place to work.
Cons
The biggest challenge I faced was communicating with my manager as he was hard pressed for time and in a geographically different timezone. Also, as a newcomer, I felt my interaction with the entire team was limited because we were in different places and timezones geographically.
