I am a current employee and have been working at Kvantum for around a year. Some of the good things about the organization are: i. A great place to learn, explore, and portray your knowledge, experience, and understandings. ii. Flexibility - The organization is very flexible with working hours as well as place. It provides the option to opt for work from home on legitimate grounds. This shows the trust, and concern the management has for its employees. iii. Being a working mother, I always feel work from home is a much viable option. Working mothers flourish in environments that support their growth and development both professionally and personally. We become successful only if our employers and managers who shape office policy and work culture support us in all aspects of our life, at home and at work. Kvantum is a place where we can expect this!

It's a startup, hence, operations are not yet standardized. But the management is aggressively working to standardize all the processes.
