      Some good team mates, who want to help you but their hands are also tied Nothing good apart from salary given on time

      Cons

      This company tech team is literally 5 members, don't know how long it's gonna last. No vision, hire and fire policy Worst management you can ever expect. Lots of gossip and internal politics within team members. They ll fire you with in one day, for no concrete reason.

      Absolutely nothing, you're either part of the team or you're not.

      Cons

      The leadership at this business actually insults the word "Leader", just a bunch of people hoping they can hit a home run in the dark without a bat. They're quite committed to paying their affiliates before their employees.
