Good salary, Small team, Product based company - so you can learn a lot Stock options
Cons
Bad management, so much politics no growth - boot lick and then you will be favourite (yes Gaurav - you are right), Getting angry at employees over small things like "why this looks blueish" etc, one of co founders left, they will give you stock but no document for that and if they will give you doc - it will be active after 3 years or something , No work life balance - you will become a machine. Most important - co founders have no idea what they are making, they are like let's copy paste from other competitors like groww, etmoney.
