I was given the freedom and tools necessary to succeed at every level. Communication between CEO and sales team was direct and efficient. Ownership is kind, motivating, & they truly believed in only selling/creating a product that businesses found useful. They gave us a lot of job independence, benefits were great, they constantly listened to feedback, and often made product changes based on the feedback of the sales team. Kuto is a startup company.. the work wasn't always easy. Your sales team is fighting for the life of the company. Ownership provided resources and motivation necessary for success. 11/10

No company cons. Loved my job. Sales in general can be tough for a lot of people. You have to be willing to go the extra mile and be capable of producing results while working independently.
