- Somewhat flexible on work schedule (although I think that is more so a function of your perceived importance to the company). - Tries to be progressive in thinking (although rarely successful, but it does happen occasionally!)

- Micromanagement from some partners - Empowerment is seen more as the shifting of responsibility but not with decision making ability. - No current path to partner for anyone there.
