The patients can be trying, but very caring.

Although Dr. Freas might head the company KureSmart, he has individuals that control the inner workings of the Smartpain side of things. Dr. K and his senior leaders need to be ousted to ensure better care of the employees, and better yet, that of the patients. They have a very large turn over rate! All the great employees are taken advantage of, while those that have become complacent and lazy in thier jobs roles stick around and make life miserable for the rest. Providers are unprofessional and have no direct oversite and do not answer to management at all. This tends to lead to childish and unprofessional behaviors from some if the providers, which should show nothing but professionalism at all times. I would only recommend a job with this company to someone that doesnt mind a company that focuses on only their own bottom dollar and that of their doctors. If you are a regular employee, you are just a body to help move the patients.
