Pros

At one time, this was a respected place to work with a sense of community. The pay and benefits remain competitive, but they are no longer enough to compensate for the toxic environment.

Cons

* The "50+ Purge": There is a deeply concerning trend of pushing out experienced women over the age of 50 and replacing them with male counterparts. Loyalty is clearly a one-way street here; the company has lost its ethical backbone and no longer values the institutional knowledge of its veteran female staff. Fake Transparency: Management preaches "openness," but it’s a trap. If you actually speak up or offer constructive dissent, leadership finds a way to eliminate you. It is a "shut up and color" environment where independent thought is penalized. Napoleon Leadership: The current senior leadership operates with an ego-driven, "Napoleon" style. They are more interested in control and optics than in building a sustainable or inclusive culture. Declining Morale: What used to be a great culture has withered into a sad, paranoid workplace where employees are constantly looking over their shoulders.
