Cons

Not gonna lie… Kunkwan is NOT for everyone. Kalau nak kerja chill 9–5 buat kerja sama je setiap hari, this ain’t it. Here’s the “No Filter Version” 👇 🚀 #1 – Fast-Paced, Not Slow-Mo If you can’t handle growth, upgrade diri, or keluar comfort zone… you’ll feel pening. Kunkwan moves FAST. 🧠 #2 – You MUST Have a Growth Mindset We do trainings, self-development, sharing sessions… Kalau jenis tak suka belajar benda baru—confirm rasa terbeban. 🏠 #3 – WFH = Discipline Required Work From Home sounds heaven kan? But kalau mudah procrastinate, suka tidur, cepat hilang fokus… you’ll struggle. WFH here = TRUST + RESPONSIBILITY. 🎯 #4 – We Set Targets (Yes, KPI Exists) If you hate goals, accountability, or performance tracking… you won’t enjoy it. But if you LOVE seeing yourself grow = you’ll THRIVE.

Pros

A litte bit challenging that can improve your skills especially your communication skill. The environment quite fun and colleague is so supportive and funny.

Cons

If u would like to have management that will take back your basic salary suddenly with the reason “changing plan” and will cut all the allowance from your basic salary instead of basic salary + allowance, u can work here. HR and general manager will always try to take anything they can take from their staff and manipulate their staff saying that it’s their fault all of this happen.

Pros

I’ve been working here for over 11 years, growing from a tutor to a management position. Honestly, this company has changed my life, not because it’s perfect, but because it gives those who are serious about learning, growing, and performing the chance to shine. Like any company, expectations are high, and performance is monitored closely. Those who are disciplined and proactive tend to stay for many years (just like many of us still here). However, those who struggled with discipline or performance may have found it challenging and that’s understandable, but it doesn’t mean the company is toxic. Here, effort is recognized, ideas are welcomed, and loyalty is appreciated. I’ve seen many colleagues build stable income, work-from-home flexibility, and strong friendships through this platform. Pros: • Supportive and growth-oriented environment for committed people • Clear career progression (many started from zero and grew into leadership roles) • Work-from-home opportunities with good systems and training • A management team that genuinely cares about long-term success

Cons

• Fast-paced, not suitable for those who lack self-discipline or motivation • High expectations, performance and accountability are important here
