      Pros

      Get to work with kids, a job that looks great on college applications and resume, not extremely demanding physically, fun environment

      Cons

      Pay is not amazing, little possibility for upward movement unless you start your own Kumon Center, centers are usually only open for two or three days a week

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
