Pros
The kids made it worth it, I was too young to be a teacher and the learning method allowed me to have experience.
Cons
No control over how to teach, we had to follow strict orders, and learning while having fun was looked down upon, so it was very boring. also we received physical checks so it was possible to not get paid sometimes for a week or two.
