      Kumon is an amazing company to work for part-time as a student. It's very rewarding working with school-aged students and seeing their progress.

      Cons

      There is not too much room for growth unless you become an owner/instructor.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
