      Pros

      It is very easy to go home at the end of the day when what you do affects a child's future. Kumon is a great product with amazing, passionate people working behind it. The company also provides great benefits: tons of paid time off and holidays.

      Cons

      Many changes over the last few years though things seem to be settling down.
