      Pros

      Depending on the lead Kumon Instructor, working in a Kumon center can be extremely rewarding. My time at a center was enjoyable, as my lead instructor was attentive to my needs. I was able to easily move up from a starting position to running a center independently.

      Cons

      The grading of the work is often tedious, though simple.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
