      Rewarding work experience Opportunities for pay increases

      Menial labor for intellectually astute individuals -- Employees are hired based on academic skill, then given menial tasks that require little/no intellect to complete Compensation structure rewards tedium rather than efficacy Lack of ergononic working conditions -- seems silly, but sit in a cheap chair for 5 hours at a time and you'll come to appreciate the little things

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
