      Kumon is a great company that appreciates their employees. Senior management is easy to approach, and they truly value the opinions and suggestions of others. Compensation and benefits are generous compared to what other employers may offer. There is ample room for growth both within your position and the company as well.

      No real complaints, or bad things to say about the company at all.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
