      You will get an experience of study with certain level. You will find the owner of Kumon or your boss is very diligent and you will proud of her (usually woman).

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
