      Pros

      A complete different experience when you're working with a younger age group. You gain leadership skills, patience, refresh on your math.

      Cons

      You're dealing with a different student at each moment so it may be overwhelming at first. It's open only 2 days a week for 3 hours so not ideal if you want many working hours.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
