      Cons

      - Lacks support from management - Chaos is really location-dependent - Some locations give large amounts of work; it's unreasonable to complete with the other responsibilities (I worked at two locations)

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
