Kumaran Systems is a good place to learn technology. If you are a fresher, though the pace of work is hectic, you would end up learning a lot more than what you would have from working in big MNCs. I loved my time here.

Long hours, poor work life balance, some very tough managers. Nothing much I can think of. Keep up the good work.
