Not worth the stress - Engineer Kulite Employee Review

Wfh is absurd. People are taking advantage and not working during the day and instead working whenever they please. Their excuse children which is a lie to take advantage. Upper management is blind and they don’t monitor them. Pay is horrible. Pay increase of 3 % which is quite low. Upper management are very unprofessional and treat their employees with out respect. They pick and choose. You can’t move up don’t listen to their lies. So many people in production floor using phones and no one cares. So many people coming tardy yet no consequences. People in office positions dress so horrible. Jeans on off days. Working with executives. Feels like you’re in high school. Not a professional place.
