      1. Under minimum wage 2. No training from outside company 3. Too many personal issue with each other. If you got hated, then you will be kicked or in danger. 4. Unstable career. You can get your longer career only if your boss likes you. 5. No overtime pay. They pay your overtime with time, not money. 6. No private insurance. Only BPJS but it's included your base salary and you need to autodebet on your own.

      It’s a great work environment, perfect for recent graduates looking to grow

      Cons

      The salary is very low—well below the minimum wage, the sales targets are high, and it’s hard to get a raise even after three contracts, and it’s still below the minimum wage

      - The internal was very bad, every divisions has their own grudge to other division - Minimum salary - Feels like you are obliged to flatter the superiors - Different division were offered when interview period - They will say the salary of training period will be back payed and it is non negotiable - If you don’t sign the contract (of 12 working months), you will never get the training salary - Very bad internal communications
