      Pros

      The hours are fair, with very few people, in junior roles, having to work any later than 6. The firm listens to your needs and is committed to helping you however they can.

      Cons

      The pay does not always reflect the level of responsibility that you have. While the experience and exposure to the work is incredibly useful, it sometimes feels as though the company's profits come first.

      Pros

      Kuits provides a great platform for Trainees to learn. As a Trainee, I was able to experience a large variety of teams to ensure I not only got the best possible training, but I could make an informed decision of which area of law I would wish to pursue as a career.

      Cons

      Connect Trainee experiences across the different seats to ensure maximum exposure to different aspects of the role.

      Across the teams, staff can be generally nice to work with

      Split between two offices, Plans to merge still underway after years of promises.

      This review has only just been posted but must have been written at an earlier date as we all moved to the same office location 6 months ago. We are sorry that we didn't see this response at the time and so missed the opportunity to try and respond to your concerns which, hopefully, no longer exist for your former colleagues.
