Bully system! not open to communicate - Assistant Restaurant Manager Kudu Employee Review

Contract made is not respected overtime is only one hour if applicable to stores but work made is more than 12 hours no break and deductions for one day absent equal to 2 days ..salaries direct dropping down to the account without details ! Salary slips not available for every slip we have to ask or request !! Nepotism in the company ,incompetent sit in the chair !! No breaks during duties continuous work for more than 12 hours ! Oracle is not open to employees . You cannot check clock in clock out reports ! U cannot complain and if done u will be harrased and transferred to some border areas !!
