Ok experience - Finance Manager Kudos Catering Employee Review

There are no pros to working for KUDOS/Crown Partnership

Poor pay, intimidating environment, highly negative, no benefits, expenses not paid, no feeling of value, no appreciation for contributions

I have worked for Kudos now for a year. Before that I worked with Seasoned our sister company that is events focused. In total I have worked for them for over 5 years. My latest role as Venue Director is a promotion and I have been doing this role for the last year. In that time I have learnt lots of new aspects to the business. I love working with our clients in our venues and am fully supported by the senior management to ensure i give our clients what they want and develop my own skills. A great company to work for.
