Unethical and Management by Intimidation - Director Kudos Catering Employee Review

I have worked for Kudos now for a year. Before that I worked with Seasoned our sister company that is events focused. In total I have worked for them for over 5 years. My latest role as Venue Director is a promotion and I have been doing this role for the last year. In that time I have learnt lots of new aspects to the business. I love working with our clients in our venues and am fully supported by the senior management to ensure i give our clients what they want and develop my own skills. A great company to work for.

The Kudos Catering team are lovely

Crown Partnership who own Kudos: Management bully and threaten their employees using fear tactics to keep you in the company. Negative energy throughout each sector of their company Pitch each sector against each other, they don't like their employees being friends, its like being back at school with rumor's, gossip and big bullies that stamp their feet like children when they don't like something. This companies eithics are outdated and old. They do not work in the new times of hospitality, they are still thinking it is 20 years ago and refuse to come out of this caveman thinking. Treating their clients like they are deep money bags and exploiting them as much as possible. Unethical, old, tasteless, and cruel. God forbid you have children, kids time tables are a burden to them as I saw from how colleagues were treated.
