HRBP is very friendly, professional and understanding. All line managers I interacted with were very supportive, especially my line manager who was extremely compassionate and emphatic. Vast majority of people I worked with were also friendly and approachable

The only con I can think of is the CEO. The embodiment of a stereotypical middle management persona, but in a C-Suite position.

Very few pros other than the fact that the office is in a good location

Management. I can’t stress this enough. Management is the biggest con in this business. The board needs to be far more involved and start listening to the actual people and not just the CEO
